Standard check-in is 1:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. When the villa is free before or after your dates, we’re happy to flex the timings — just ask while booking. Day-use slots run 10 AM to 6 PM.
The simplest way is to call or WhatsApp us on +91 97103 88007, or email aaauravilla@gmail.com with your dates. We’ll confirm availability within a few hours, and a small advance locks your dates in.
Overnight stays are comfortable for up to 12 guests, with the whole villa and pool exclusively yours. Day events and celebrations can host up to roughly 25 guests — tell us your headcount and we’ll plan it with you.
Completely. The pool and outdoor spaces are part of the villa and used only by your group during your stay — no sharing, no time slots, no strangers. Night swimming is allowed on overnight stays.
Both. The full kitchen is yours to use, and food delivery apps service the area reliably. If you’d rather not cook, we can arrange food on request — just mention it while booking.
Yes — birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and get-togethers are welcome with prior notice. Decoration support and speaker setup are available. As we’re inside a gated community, we keep outdoor music down after 10 PM to respect the neighbours.
